We seek to know and verify our suppliers and producers, taking into account the criteria applicable to the raw material and to the conditions related to its origin. From the moment the coffee is received, we maintain controls throughout the storage, processing, preparation, and handling stages, with the aim of preserving the integrity, quality, and safety of the product.

Our Food Safety Management System guides our practices and controls, with a focus on risk prevention and the continual improvement of our processes.
