The farm Divisa is an area near Fazenda Irmãs Pereira, which is owned by Luiz Paulo Pereira’s cousin, Mrs. Nara Pereira.
The area is located at an altitude varying between 900 and 1100 meters and has in total about 5 hectares, which produce around 60 bags of coffee per year.
The only variety of coffee produced is yellow bourbon.
The area receives regular rainfall, which has a very positive impact on the coffee flavor.
All the coffee produced there is processed at Fazenda Irmãs Pereira.
